How to Book
- Call Us: All bookings are handled exclusively over the phone. Contact us directly on +91 8111864225 to confirm availability and discuss your stay.
- Advance Payment: Once we tentatively hold your dates, a full advance payment must be made within 24 hours.
- Final Confirmation: Upon receipt of your payment, we will officially block your dates on the calendar and send you a booking confirmation. If payment is not received within the 24-hour window, the dates will be released back to the public.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are structured as follows:
- 7 Days or More Before Check-in: You will receive a full refund (minus any applicable taxes or processing fees).
- Less than 7 Days Before Check-in: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
Rescheduling Options
If you need to change your dates within the 7-day window, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to consider rescheduling your stay, subject to availability on our calendar for the new requested dates.
